Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Service Issues

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service.

  • We will offer a free re-cleaning of the affected area, or a partial refund at our discretion.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment: full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: no refund (a reschedule may be offered).

3. No-Show Policy
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time (e.g., locked out, wrong address), the service fee may not be refundable.

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
